Partners who sign up, are approved, and connect 30 systems or more before 31st December 2020 will be considered Platinum Partners and will receive first consideration for VPP participation and associated revenue.
Evergen will pay $100 for each connected system in 2020, and will pass on 15% of the VPP revenue generated from each system the Partner connects, for the life of the battery. Partners who install and commission fewer than 30 systems before 31st December will receive $100 on commissioning and 7.5% of the VPP revenue generated from each system the Partner connects, for the life of the battery.

Starting January 2021, in order for the Partner to receive 10% of the VPP revenue generated from each system the Partner connects, for the life of the battery, and $100 per connected system, the Partner needs to commission more than 20 systems per month. If they commission more than 500 systems with Evergen in the first six months the Partner will get VPP revenue generated from each system the Partner connects, for the life of the battery (even if volumes reduce) and will become a Platinum Partner.

* Participation in and entitlement to the benefits the Partner and Platinum Partner Volume Rewards Program are in accordance with the applicable Partner Agreement entered into between Evergen and the Partner, as well as any other agreement between Evergen and the Partner that regulates program entitlements, and the payment and conferring of such entitlements. Evergen reserves the right to change or withdraw the Partner Volume Rewards at any time in its sole discretion.
